With an extensive background in aquatics management and operations, Allen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Since 2015, he has served as the Aquatics Manager for Prince William County Public Schools, where he is responsible for oversight of the 36,000 square foot PWCS Aquatics Center and its seven full time and 185 part time employees.

As a lifeguarding instructor for Ellis & Associates and a lifeguarding instructor trainer for the American Red Cross, he can provide your lifeguard team with training in the latest skills in the industry. Allen is also an instructor for the PHTA Certified Pool Operator course and the NRPA Aquatic Facility Operator course.

In addition to his aquatic certifications, Allen is a past chair for the Aquatics Resource Group of the Virginia Recreation and Park Society and the Aquatic Programming Chair for the Aquatics Leadership Network of the National Recreation and Park Association. He is also a member of the Drowning Prevention and Member Engagement committees of the Association of Aquatic Professionals.
